1. It can make cotton flat and even, with silk on the surface, just like human’s long hair combed with a comb, smooth, fluent and pretty. This is an important feature prior to other fluffers made by other mills.

2. Automatic feed: Only scatter cotton on the feed curtain evenly and the cotton is taken away with the curtain moving forward automatically. By this way, operators needn’t contact the cotton feeding rollers for their safety because they can be far ad away from the cotton feeding rollers.  No hand injury occurs for operators.

3. Well dust absorbing and extracting in usability; no dust in its operation room, and environment friendly, which is a good effect on improvement of working conditions for workers;

4. Frame materials: Its frame is forged with molten iron at thickness of 20mm, durable in use and no deformation for ever;

5. Advanced speed-transformation: the speed transformation for the complete machine adopts a cycloid pinwheel variable-speed gear by motor, and stops or starts it conveniently and safely. In addition, it is endurable in use and not damaged easily.

6. The cotton entry is 1.6 meters wide and the cotton exit 2.3 meters long. It can be adjustable and formed at a time based on requirements of users in width and thickness, conveniently and flexibly;

7. Long carding and fluffing cotton velvets with strong tension. No breaking occurs at leading lines of quilt covers formed by crossing the velvets. New cotton and old quilt covers both can be fluffed. It is better than the carding machine in property.
